  • Cancellations:

    • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. After the reschedule deadline, changes are not permitted.
       

  • No-Show Policy:

    • Failure to attend your scheduled service without notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY 

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our digital services and memberships, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once a payment is made.
     

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for bookings, memberships, and other digital services are non-refundable, including instances where you choose not to use the purchased services or if they do not meet your individual preferences or expectations.

MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Membership Cancellations:

    • Memberships may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for previous or partial months. Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
       

  • Recurring Payments:

    • Membership payments are automatically charged on a recurring basis. By signing up, you agree to these automatic charges until canceled by you
